BA Biology, BA Anthropology, minor in Women's Studies from Rhode Island College. Graduated cum laude with General Education Honors. Master's degree in Anthropology specializing in Maritime Archaeology from the University of West Florida. 3.92 GPA I have had an extensive academic career where I have been exposed to a multitude of subjects and experiences that I am more than happy to share for the benefit of other students.
Experience
I spent my undergrad years tutoring high school students in biology. Each student that I worked with was able to improve their test scores and subsequently their grades in the class. I currently work in the informal education field so I have a lot of experience in helping people to understand complicated subjects. I enjoy teaching and helping others succeed at subjects they once found difficult. I am very adaptable and am able to adjust my teaching style to the needs of each student.
